I work on most major brands and systems. Whether it’s a mid-drive motor issue, a battery diagnostic, or just a standard tune-up on a heavy cargo bike, I’ve got the tools and the software to handle it. If you have a unique or DIY build, just message me first so I can make sure I have the right parts on hand.
How long will my repair take?
I know how much of an inconvenience to be without your commute. Most repairs are back to you within [24-48 hours].
If I need to order a specific part for an ebike or scooter, I’ll give you a realistic timeline immediately so you aren't left guessing.
What does "white glove" repair mean for a scooter or bike?
It means I treat your ride like it’s my own. I don't just fix the flat; I check your tire pressure, wipe down the frame, and ensure everything is torqued to spec. I’m meticulous because I know you’re trusting me with your safety on the road.
Do you offer mobile repairs or pickup?
