About the Summerport Bike Guy

Ever wake up to a Christmas surprise that changed your life? Mine was a chrome Huffy BMX. Freedom on two wheels became my obsession.

I’ve always tinkered with tech and gadgets, curious how everything works. That curious mind fueled a 20-year tech career in software and mobile devices working with some of the largest companies in the world.

Now, as the Summerport Bike Guy, I apply these skills to bikes, e-bikes and scooters: real world problem solving, user issues and debugging sensors like code errors, voltage checks and manufacturer warranty claims. 

Trained by Park Tool, backed by hands-on experience and the mechanic community, I fix bikes, e-bikes, and scooters with a grin.
